We have issued hundreds of BER Certificates & BER Advisory Reports to date on behalf of our Clients, with over 90% of our turnover coming from repeat customers.

jpTallon is passionate about the conservation of fuel and energy in the Irish residential building sector, leaning towards a “fabric first” principle to limit fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. A ‘fabric first’ approach to buildings design involves maximising the performance of the components and materials that make up the building fabric itself, before considering the use of mechanical or electrical building services systems. This can help reduce capital and operational costs, improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and tend to reduce the need for maintenance during the building’s life.
